Kathy Hardy is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of The de Ferrers Trust since September 2019, where previous roles included Interim Chief Executive Officer, Director of Secondary, and Principal. Prior to this, Kathy held the position of Executive Leader & Principal at East Leake Academy from March 2015 to July 2019 and served as Deputy Headteacher at Woodlands School from July 2011 to March 2015. Earlier in their career, Kathy was the Assistant Principal at Aldercar Community Language College from April 2003 to July 2011. Responsibilities throughout this career have encompassed Child Protection, Behaviour, Staff Development, and Teaching & Learning.
