Lauren DeFranzo is an experienced accounting professional with a progressive career spanning over 19 years. Currently serving as the Assistant Controller at Davis since February 2013, Lauren has held multiple roles within the company, including Accounting Manager, Assistant Accounting Manager, and Senior Portfolio Accountant. Prior experience includes work as a Property Accountant at Brixmor and as an Accountant & Lease Administrator at Samuels & Associates. Earlier in the career, Lauren worked at Trans National Group Services and Federation Software as an Accountant and Executive Assistant, respectively, and also completed an internship at the Hampton Beach Area Chamber of Commerce. Educational background includes study at Northeastern University.
