Joanne Tong is an experienced professional in grantmaking and program management, currently serving as a Grants Officer and previously as a Program Associate at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation since June 2014. Prior to this role, Joanne held the position of Program Assistant at The California Wellness Foundation from May 2008 to June 2014 and worked as a Community Coordinator for the Japanese Community Youth Council from August 2004 to June 2007. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a Master's Degree in Equity and Social Justice in Education from San Francisco State University.
