Jesse Chichester-Constable, CISSP-ISSEP, PMP, serves as the Senior Information Security Manager at The DarkStar Group, LLC, focusing on risk management framework and compliance with NIST standards. With extensive experience as a Commander in the US Navy Reserve, Jesse leads initiatives in information management, operational planning, and assessments. Jesse has previously held significant positions at MITRE as an Information Systems Security Group Leader, at AT&T as an Information Systems Security Manager and Engineer, and is currently mentoring cyber security career tracks on the Springboard platform. Educationally, Jesse holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security and a Master of Science in Cloud Architecture, complemented by certifications in cybersecurity and extensive military training.
