Michael Grilliot has been in the business development field since 2007, when they began working as a B at the College of American Pathologists (CAP). In 2017, they took on the role of National Director Hospital Sales at the Cleveland Clinic. In 2019, they became the Executive Director Business Development, North Central Region at Labcorp, and in 2022 they accepted a Senior Business Development Specialist position at The Dark Intelligence Group.

Michael Grilliot has obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Muskingum University and a Master's degree in Anatomy from The Ohio State University.
