Signe Nørgaard is an experienced project manager and consultant specializing in the green transition of Danish food systems. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Landbrugsstyrelsen and a Scientific Assistant at the National Institute of Public Health, Signe Nørgaard has significant expertise in interdisciplinary project collaboration, research assistance, and coordination of various initiatives. Previous experience includes founding Signe Nørgaard Agency & Consulting, where Signe Nørgaard provided consulting services to numerous clients and facilitated international partnerships. With a Master's degree in Global Studies and a Bachelor's in International Development Studies from Roskilde University, along with a foundational course in Italian language and culture from the University of Copenhagen, Signe Nørgaard possesses a strong academic background.
