Ginette Battikha has a strong background in human resources, with various roles in HR management and leadership. Ginette started their career at Lerners LLP in 2004, where they held positions as a Human Resources Coordinator and later as a Human Resources Consultant. In terms of their undergraduate education, Ginette Battikha pursued a degree in Environmental Studies at York University, although the exact start and end dates are not provided. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained additional certifications including being Dare to Lead Trained from Dare to Leadâ„¢ Trained in April 2020, and being certified in the Change Management process in accordance with Prosci methodologies and tools from AdPro Change Systems Inc. in August 2015.
