Tiffany Doyle, SPHR, MSHRM has a strong background in human resources and has held various roles in different organizations. Tiffany is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at The Dalton School since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources at YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School from July 2020 to August 2021. Tiffany also has experience in academia, having served as an Adjunct Professor at Gwynedd Mercy University from January 2017 to July 2021. Tiffany has held leadership positions in HR at Germantown Friends School and Mastery Charter Schools. Additionally, they have worked as an independent HR consultant at CCI Consulting, held an HR Business Partner role at Amazon, served as a Human Capital Consultant at Mercer, and gained valuable experience as an Associate HR Business Partner during their graduate internship at SAP. Earlier in their career, Tiffany worked as an HR/Benefits Specialist at The Urban Affairs Coalition.

Tiffany Doyle, SPHR, MSHRM holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business. Tiffany also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies and Political Science from Penn State University. Additionally, they completed their high school education at West Catholic Preparatory High School. Tiffany Doyle has obtained the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
