Alexandra Schoen is a seasoned professional in healthcare program management, currently serving as the Sr. Program Director for International Programs and Supportive Associations at The DAISY Foundation since January 2017. In this role, Alexandra actively builds relationships with over 75 Supportive Associations, aiding in the establishment of recognition programs for nurses and midwives. Alexandra previously held positions as International Program Director and Program Director (USA), overseeing teams and consulting with potential DAISY Partners to implement impactful recognition initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Mercy Health, focusing on patient experience and nursing administration, and HCR ManorCare, where responsibilities included patient care coordination and administrative oversight. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Mercy College of Ohio, earned in 2015.
