Leigh Lustig is a dedicated undergraduate student at Rutgers University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Currently serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and a Digital Crisis Counselor for The Trevor Project, Leigh has demonstrated a commitment to supporting students and LGBTQ+ youth through effective communication and crisis intervention. In addition, Leigh has engaged in research under Dr. Margaret Ingate, focusing on academic self-efficacy, and has taken on roles such as a notetaker and SEL Lab Facilitator to enhance the educational experience for peers. As a member of both The Phi Beta Kappa Society and Psi Chi, Leigh demonstrates a strong academic involvement, while experience as a Staff Photographer for The Daily Targum highlights skills in visual storytelling and event documentation.
