Jacob Wendler has extensive experience in journalism, currently serving as Editor in Chief at The Daily Northwestern since September 2021, where roles have included Senior Staffer, Print Managing Editor, and various editorial positions. In addition to this, Jacob has completed internships at Forbes and The Dispatch, participated in the POLITICO Journalism Institute, and reported for Medill News Service. Jacob held the position of Programming Co-Chair at Northwestern Hillel and contributed as a Designer for North by Northwestern. An accomplished leader and editor, Jacob also gained experience at Optic Magazine as Editor in Chief and Arts Editor. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a focus on Political Science at Northwestern University, Jacob's educational journey began at Westfield Senior High School.
