Madison Schmitt is an experienced media professional currently serving as an Anchor and Reporter at Centre County Report since September 2024 and as a Newsletter Staff and Lifestyle Reporter for The Daily Collegian since June 2023. Throughout Madison's career, roles have included a Tour Guide Marketing and Recruitment Intern at Penn State Undergraduate Admissions, where all social media content for Penn State Tour Guides was managed, and a Welcome Desk Assistant, engaging with prospective students and families. Madison has also contributed to WKPS-FM The LION 90.7FM as a Radio Show Host, served as an Athletic Tour Guide for Penn State Football, and worked as a Field Reporter for PSN News. Madison holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Penn State University, expected in May 2025, following a high school diploma from Mt. Sophia Academy.
