René Dresen has a varied work experience. From 2020 to present, they have been working at The Customization Group as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead/HR Manager Germany, responsible for talent acquisition and HR management. Prior to that, they served as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead from 2022 to 2023. In 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Project Manager for HR Systems & Processes at The Customization Group. Before joining The Customization Group, Mr. Dresen was a Junior Project Manager HR at Picanova in 2020. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant for Embedded Software at Amoria Bond. In 2018 to 2019, they were a Working Student for Business Development at Frau Ultrafrisch. In previous years, they held roles such as Team-Coach at ALBA BERLIN Basketballteam GmbH in 2017, Sportspychology Consultant at 1. FC Union Berlin from 2016 to 2017, and Restaurant Supervisor at Brühler Wirtshaus Am Schloss from 2015 to 2016.

René Dresen completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Groningen from 2012 to 2015. Following that, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Sport Psychology at BSP Business & Law School. Lastly, from 2018 to 2019, René Dresen earned a Master of Science degree in Business Psychology from the same institution.
