Major Cohen is an experienced professional in the coffee industry, currently serving as a Coffee Expert at The Cumulus Coffee Company since December 2022. Prior to this role, Major Cohen had a distinguished career at Starbucks from 1995 to June 2020, progressing through various senior project management positions focused on global innovation and development. Major Cohen also served as the Art Department Head at Beaver Country Day School from 1975 to 1994. Since June 2020, Major Cohen has been retired, engaging as an author, educator, and consultant. Major Cohen earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photographic Illustration from the Rochester Institute of Technology between 1970 and 1972.
