Julia Clancy is a writer, editor, and recipe developer at WÃœSTHOF USA, Inc. Julia has also worked as a chef at The Culinistas, co-authored cookbooks at Penguin Random House, and served as a client lead and culinary consultant at On The Fly Vermont. Julia previously worked as a restaurant critic and contributing editor at Boston Magazine, as well as in various chef roles at different companies. Julia has also held positions as a lead recipe developer, contributing writer, and editor at EatingWell and as a food & drink writer at Seven Days. Julia holds a Culinary Degree from Ballymaloe Cookery School and a Bachelor of Arts in English and International Affairs from Skidmore College.
