Vincent Perez is an experienced chef currently working at both The Culinary Academy of Las Vegas and Wynn Las Vegas since December 2018 and December 2019, respectively. Additionally, Vincent has held the position of Executive Sous Chef at The Culinary Academy of Las Vegas, focusing on culinary arts catering for the Smith Center. Vincent achieved a culinary degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the California Culinary Academy between 1999 and 2001.
