Laura M. Reynolds is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in nonprofit development and program management. Currently serving as a Development Associate at The CTC Academy, Inc. since September 2021, Laura focuses on enhancing revenue through strategic campaigns and donor engagement. Additionally, Laura has been a Poll Worker for the Bergen County Board of Elections since November 2019 and recently worked as a Swim Instructor at Wyckoff Family YMCA. With a long tenure at the Dana Foundation from January 1998 to March 2020, Laura held various leadership roles, including Program Director, where significant outreach initiatives on brain health were executed. Early career experience includes positions at SoHo Partnership, where event organization and fundraisers were key responsibilities. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
