Jim Michael is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and information systems management. Currently serving as IT Manager at The Crossing @ Chesterfield since July 2007, Jim oversees a network spanning four church campuses in the St. Louis area. Previously, Jim worked at Novell as a Support Sysop from March 1998 to November 2007, providing online technical support for Novell products. Additionally, Jim held the position of Information Systems Manager for the City of Chesterfield from March 1994 to July 2007, where responsibilities included managing the municipal LAN/WAN. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Greenville University and an Associate of Applied Science in Industrial Electronics from St. Louis Community College.
