Nelly W. is an experienced Salesforce professional currently serving as an On Demand Salesforce Administrator and previously as a Salesforce Tactical Operations Associate at The CRM Firm since October 2021. Prior roles include Salesforce Administrator at The Deveau Group from July to September 2021, where responsibilities involved participating in key project meetings, documenting business process issues, and managing system access.
