Kirill Zotin began their work experience at Luxoft in 2007 as a QA Engineer and stayed with the company until 2010. Kirill then joined 111Minutes as the Head of the Android unit, where they were responsible for project management and team management. In 2010, Kirill also became a Founding Team Member at GOS Systems, where they focused on Android client design and implementation.
In 2012, Kirill took on the role of Coordinator and Speaker at Google Developers Group Dnipro.
From 2013 to 2017, Kirill worked at Sitecore, first as an Android Developer and later as an Engineering Team Manager. In this role, they managed multiple teams and was responsible for goal setting, evaluation, and career development.
Kirill joined Agility Scales in 2017 as a Founding Team Member before moving on to Fintech Band in 2018 as a Lead Engineer and Delivery Manager. Kirill is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at The Credit Thing, starting in 2021.
Kirill Zotin has a Master's degree in Computer Science, which they obtained from Dnipro National University from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2003, they attended the Liceum of IT where they studied Software Engineering, Maths, and English. In addition to their formal education, Kirill has obtained certifications in SAFe Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2016 and in Coach-consultant in organizations from Weisbaden Academy of Psychotherapy in 2016.
