Rebecca Glaser is an experienced publishing professional currently serving as Associate Publisher at The Creative Company since September 2021, where leadership includes editorial and book production of approximately 250 children's books annually, supervision of editorial staff, and brand development across multiple imprints. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Publisher at Amicus from January 2010 to September 2021, Managing Editor at Jump!, Inc. from January 2011 to December 2013, and Managing Editor at Black Rabbit Books from July 2007 to December 2009. Rebecca’s career began at Capstone Press, where responsibilities as Associate Managing Editor included maintaining quality and meeting deadlines for over 50 children's books each season. Rebecca holds a BA in English and Journalism from Augustana University, completed in 1997.
