Naveed Ismail currently serves as the VP of Customer Management and previously as the Director of Healthcare Analytics at The Craneware Group since March 2019, overseeing customer implementations and driving ROI for the Trisus® Healthcare Intelligence platform. Prior to this role, Naveed held positions including Senior Business Consultant at SDLC Partners, L.P., where responsibilities included developing marketing collateral and leading organizational transformation projects, and various financial analyst roles at UPMC, focusing on financial analytics and strategy in healthcare services. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Chapter Advisory Board Chairman for Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, guiding a collegiate chapter, and acting as Treasurer for the same organization. Naveed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Economics and Mathematics from Allegheny College and has also completed an Emergency Medical Technician training program at the University of Pittsburgh.
