Joshua Tieso serves as the Director of IT Engineering for Shared Data Services at The Craneware Group since July 2023. Previously, Joshua held the position of Director of Information Technology at NationsBenefits, contributing strategic direction for the ETL team supporting over 100 health insurance carriers and enhancing eligibility data processes in Azure. Before NationsBenefits, Joshua was the Director of Information Technology at Sentry Data Systems, managing cloud infrastructure and overseeing a team responsible for a multi-tenant VLDB SaaS application. Joshua's career includes a significant tenure as a Senior IT Database Consultant at UnitedHealth Group, focusing on project management and technical implementation of Oracle products. Joshua earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
