Andrea Strosnider is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, implementation management, and healthcare administration. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Implementation Manager at The Craneware Group since June 2021, Andrea has also been an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at West Virginia Northern Community College since November 2018. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Weirton Medical Center, Inc., including Administrative Director of Revenue Cycle and Director of Health Information Management. Andrea holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Cincinnati, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
