Pam Tancredi, LCSW has extensive work experience in the social work field. Pam has been working at The Cradle since 2007, where they have held various roles including Co-Director of Adoption & Family Support, Helpline Coordinator, and Social Worker. Prior to that, they worked at The Cradle as a Clinical Supervisor of Expectant Parent Services and an Expectant Parent Counselor. Pam also has experience as a Social Worker/Team Lead at Lawrence Hall Youth Services, a Summer Program Coordinator at Wediko Children's Services, a Residential Counselor at St. Joseph's Villa, and a Direct Care Counselor at Wediko Children's Services.

Pam Tancredi, LCSW, obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Miami University, which they attended from 1989 to 1993. Pam then pursued higher education at the University of Chicago from 1995 to 1997 and earned a Master of Arts degree in Social Service Administration.
