Willis Stamps currently serves as Supervisory Attorney-Advisor and Assistant General Counsel at CSOSA, a position held since August 2015. Prior to joining CSOSA, Willis Stamps worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office from October 2011 to July 2015. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) degree obtained from Texas Southern University between 2008 and 2011, along with other studies at Howard University and the University of Cincinnati.
