Michelle Payton-Kenner is an experienced EEO Program Manager at CSOSA, serving since January 2006, where core responsibilities include Affirmative Employment, Special Emphasis, and Diversity Programs focused on minority interests, women, people with disabilities, and recruitment initiatives. Previously, Michelle held the position of Retired EEO Manager at PK/AP EEO Counseling and Investigations LLC, providing EEO counseling, training, and investigations from August 2021 to December 2021. Earlier roles include Chief EEO Director at the Office of Personnel Management and EEO Manager at the Defense Commissary Agency, overseeing comprehensive EEO programs and complaint adjudication. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from Norfolk State University and an Associate of Arts in Economics from Tidewater Community College.
