Erika Bricky currently holds the position of Startup Banking at Arc and is a member of The Council. As a Venture Partner and Chief of Staff at Operate, Erika contributes expertise to the startup ecosystem. Previously, Erika served as an Executive Member at Dreamers & Doers, focusing on supporting women leaders and entrepreneurs through various resources. In sales at Sameday Health, Erika became the organization's top salesperson, generating over $1M in revenue within four months. Erika has also worked in inventory management at Palo Alto Networks and led financial oversight as Chair of the ASUCLA Board of Directors while studying Political Science at UCLA.
