Debra Miller has a vast and impressive career in the non-profit sector, serving as Executive Director and primary legislative lobbyist for Kentucky Youth Advocates before retiring. Currently, Debra holds the position of Director of Health Policy at the Council of State Governments. Debra is a highly educated professional, holding a MSW in Social Work from the University of Kentucky and a BA in Sociology and Psychology from Duke University.
