Shane Hardy has extensive experience in the insurance industry, beginning with a role as Claims Handler at Norwich Union Insurance Limited from September 1989 to 1994. Shane continued to develop skills in claims handling at Provincial Insurance and advanced to Senior Claims Handler at Direct Line Group from March 1996 to 1998, focusing on high-value personal injury claims. In March 1998, Shane transitioned to the role of Claims Investigator at Direct Line Group, specializing in the investigation of motor and home claims with a focus on fraud until October 2021. Currently, Shane serves as a Field Investigator at The Cotswold Group since November 2021. Shane holds a B-tec National Diploma in Business and Finance from Hull College of Further Education and O'levels from Trinity House, Hull.
