Courtney Adams McGraw has a diverse work experience in marketing and event management. Courtney currently holds the role of Director of Field Marketing, New York City at The Corcoran Group since March 2023. Courtney also serves as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Chair. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager and Real Estate Agent at the same company. Before joining The Corcoran Group, McGraw worked as the Director of Agency & Client Operations at Narrative_ from November 2013 to June 2014. Courtney also had a role as a Supervisor, Cultural Experiences at Translation LLC from October 2012 to November 2013. McGraw's earlier roles include being an Independent Consultant at Marketing Consulting & Event Management, a Director, Lifestyle Marketing at 4mm Games, LLC, a Brand Director, Marketing at Epic Records, an Associate Director at BMG Strategic Marketing, and a Management Associate, Digital Operations & New Technology at SONY BMG Music Entertainment. Courtney started their career as a Product Manager/Video Commissioner at KOCH Entertainment and later became an Assistant Video Commissioner. Their first role in the industry was as a Director, Lifestyle Task Force at Island Def Jam.

Courtney Adams McGraw completed their high school education at Dwight Englewood School, receiving a High School Diploma in 1998. Courtney then went on to attend the University of Virginia from 1998 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with a focus on Marketing and Management. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree at New York University from 2002 to 2004, specializing in Music Business Professions. In addition to their academic achievements, McGraw has also obtained various certifications, including Graduate from the Institute of Compassionate Leadership, Interfaith Minister (In Progress) from the One Spirit Learning Alliance, and New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson from the New York State Department of State.
