Jessica Tober, Esq. currently serves as a Senior Claims Specialist at the Cooperative of American Physicians, Inc. since 2019. Tober has a diverse legal background, including roles as a Contract Attorney and Attorney Volunteer at Public Counsel, and as an Assistant Director at Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC, where responsibilities included developing notice plans for class actions and managing departmental operations. Notable volunteer efforts include advising clients on debt collection litigation at The Bar Association of San Francisco and conducting research for mortgage finance litigation at Housing and Economic Rights Advocates. Tober graduated with a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law and holds a B.A. in Integrative Biology and Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley.
