Tom Leonardo possesses extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology Operations at TCB - The Cooperative Bank since April 2008, previously holding the title of Assistant Vice President IT Manager. Responsibilities include managing IT networks and staff, vendor management, and risk management, as well as serving as a backup security officer for physical security. Prior roles include Network Engineer at Randolph Savings Bank, where Tom collaborated on system upgrades and audits, and Network Consultant at EOS Systems, providing network support to over 30 banking and corporate clients in Massachusetts and the New England region. Tom's educational background includes studies at Quinsigamond Community College from 1997 to 1999.
