Ernest Bell has extensive experience in the railroad and environmental services industries. Currently serving as a Switchman/Locomotive for Intercontinental Terminals Company, LLC since July 2022 and as a Conductor/Brakeman for Trans-Global Solutions, Inc. since March 2022, Bell operates locomotives and builds trains. Previously, Bell worked as an Operator for Hulcher Services and as an Environmental Technician for Vecta Environmental Services, LLC, where emergency spill response and various environmental services were performed. Earlier experience includes working as an Environmental Technician at AMPOL American Pollution Control Corp., where responsibilities included oil spill response, hazardous materials management, asbestos and lead abatement, and tank cleaning. Education was acquired at St. Amant.
