Nick Hebert, M.S. currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Corporate Training & Development at The Cook & Boardman Group, LLC, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Nick operated as a Business Consultant at Probity Tax Recovery, focusing on customer relationships, market research, and strategic partnerships from December 2022 to July 2023. Nick held the role of Chief Learning Officer at Quartermaster from November 2017 to December 2022, where responsibilities included developing human resource strategies aligned with organizational goals in areas such as talent management and training. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Leadership Development at Altice USA/Suddenlink, where Nick designed training programs and evaluated organizational needs from March 2011 to November 2017. Nick began the career in Training & Development at Sitel from January 2005 to March 2010.
