Nupur Bhargava is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in leadership and consulting roles. Currently serving as the Head of People & Processes at The Convergence Foundation since April 2023, Nupur previously worked as an Independent Consultant from July 2018 to March 2023. Nupur's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources and HR Consultant at The Akanksha Foundation from November 2010 to April 2017, and holding key positions at PepsiCo, including V.P. of Staffing from 2006 to February 2009 and Staffing Director in 2009. Nupur Bhargava holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where studies took place from 1990 to 1992.
