Anjali Yadav is a Renewable Energy Research Scientist at The Conti Group, specializing in material research and device development for photovoltaic applications since May 2022. Proficient in thin film deposition methods, Anjali utilizes techniques such as Physical Vapor Deposition, chemical bath deposition, and electrodeposition. Prior to this role, Anjali served as a Research Manager at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, focusing on developing new inorganic glass materials with enhanced hardness and crack resistance from October 2020 to May 2022. Anjali's earlier experience includes working as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, where research centered on the structure-property relationship in Heusler alloys from July 2009 to November 2016. Anjali holds a PhD in Experimental Condensed Matter Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, an M.Tech. in Nanotechnology from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, and a Master’s degree in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from C.C.S. University, Meerut.
