Georgina Armour Glasius is an experienced editorial and operations leader with a robust background in the publishing and digital marketing industries. Currently serving as Head of Editorial Operations at The Content Engine since July 2023, Georgina previously held the position of Operations Director at Tann Westlake, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and contributing to strategic development, with a key achievement of leading the agency to make a net zero Climate Pledge. Earlier roles include Operations Director and Editorial Director at Edge, where management spanned editorial teams and operational functions across offices in Sydney and Melbourne, and Assistant Editor at Melcrum, contributing to bimonthly journals and research reports. Georgina began the career as an Editorial Assistant at Trotman and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Leeds and an Editorial Training Certificate from the London School of Publishing.
