Kathy Owen has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as General Manager at both Williams Sonoma since September 2015 and The Container Store since September 2014. Previously, from October 2006 to August 2013, Kathy held roles including Project Manager and later General Manager at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., where responsibilities included the new store opening/closing process, holiday planning, safety, purchasing, and mobile POS implementations.
