Jen Pape is an experienced retail executive with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Stores at The Container Store since January 2015, Jen has held various key leadership roles including Vice President of Stores and Regional Director. Prior experience includes management positions at Fossil Group, Inc. as DM Midwest Outlets and various roles at Eddie Bauer, where Jen advanced from Director of Retail Operations to Director of Operations-Sales and Service. Additionally, experience as District Manager at both Ann Taylor Loft and Starbucks Coffee Company underscores a strong background in retail management. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer and Family Sciences from Purdue University.
