Brad L G has a extensive and diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Brad L started their career at MacFarlane Pheasants, Inc., where they worked on Operations and Facility Improvement Teams from 1986 to 1994. Brad L then joined Dean Foods as an Operations Manager and Engineering Intern from 1993 to 1995, where they managed vegetable processing and freezing operations and worked on distribution capacity improvement studies.

Brad then transitioned to Motorola in 1996, where they held several positions over the span of 16 years. These roles included Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Quality Engineering Manager and SixSigma Blackbelt, New Product Launch Manager, Process Engineering Manager, Supply Chain Operations Manager, and Domestic Business Operations Manager. During their time at Motorola, Brad achieved notable accomplishments such as improving customer received quality, reducing fulfillment cost, and successfully managing product launches.

In 2012, Brad moved to Motorola Mobility, a Google company, and served as the New Product Launch Manager. Brad L led cross-functional team activities for launching new product lines and transitioning established product lines to offshore fulfillment sites. Brad also managed the launch of a first-time China Direct Ship to a major North America customer.

In 2014, Brad joined Motorola Mobility, a Lenovo company, as the Product Configuration Solutions Manager. Brad L managed the development and implementation of product data management solutions and led product qualification and launch activities at new fulfillment sites in China and India.

Brad's most recent role was as the Engineering and Planning Director at The Container Store, which they began in 2016. In this position, Brad led a team to design, build, and implement solutions to optimize the company's supply chain and drive it to best-in-class performance levels.
