Andrew Colborne-Baber OBE has extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. As Managing Director of The Bear Garden UK Ltd since November 1992, Andrew has demonstrated long-term commitment and expertise in business management. Additionally, Andrew has held multiple significant positions within The Conservative Party since March 2010, including Chairman of the Governance & Risk Committee and the Membership Committee, as well as roles such as Vice President and President of the National Conservative Convention. In 2012, Andrew established ACB Marketing, serving as the UK Agent for Koesener Spielzeug Manufaktur. Academically, Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor’s Degree in German and French from Aberystwyth University, along with foundational education from Royal Grammar School Guildford and Feltonfleet School, Cobham.
