Viktoria Ross has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Viktoria is currently the Head of Finance at The Conran Shop, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Finance, Supply Chain Europe at URBN from 2020 to 2022. Viktoria also worked as a Senior Finance Business Partner at HSS Hire from 2018 to 2020 and as the Head of Commercial Finance, Supply Chain at Hovis Ltd from 2017 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Head of FP&A and Corporate Reporting, EMEA at Sony Pictures Entertainment from 2015 to 2016 and Senior Finance Manager, UK/Ireland at LEGO Group from 2014 to 2015. Viktoria also has experience as the Head of FP&A and Corporate Reporting at Studio Moderna from 2012 to 2014 and as a Senior Finance Manager at Carlsberg Group from 2009 to 2012. Viktoria began their career as the Head of FP&A and Corporate Reporting at Carlsberg Estonia from 2006 to 2007 and as an Internal Audit Manager at Rimi Estonia from 2005 to 2006.
Viktoria Ross has a strong educational background in the field of business and management. Viktoria obtained a MicroMasters degree in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2024. Prior to that, in 2021, they completed the Manage Mentor Online Program from Harvard Business School. Viktoria holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, Strategy and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they earned between 2016 and 2020.
In terms of additional certifications, Viktoria obtained Chartered Certified Accountant designation from ACCA in January 2017. Viktoria also holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFRS) from ACCA which they obtained in June 2005. Additionally, they have a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from the Institute of Internal Auditors earned in April 2005.
Viktoria has also attended several short-term programs to enhance their knowledge and skills. In 2017, they completed the Disruptive Strategy program at Harvard Business School and the Artificial Intelligence: Implications for business strategy program at MIT Sloan School of Management.
Viktoria's educational journey began with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business Administration, with a major in International Financial Management, from Concordia International University between 1997 and 2002. Viktoria then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Business Administration, majoring in International Financial Management, from Estonian Business School between 2002 and 2006.
