Becky Barch has extensive experience in instructional design and training, serving as the TCF Regional Coordinator and Tallahassee Chapter Leader at The Compassionate Friends since August 2006. Becky held the position of Instructional Design Specialist at Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries from February 2022 to April 2024, and worked at Capital City Bank Group, Inc. as a Sr. Performance Consultant/Instructional Designer from December 2008 to December 2021. Additionally, Becky was the VP of Communications for the ASTD - Tallahassee Chapter between 2006 and 2009 and spent nearly two decades as the Director of Training & Education at Skandia Window Fashions. Becky Barch earned a Certificate in Online Instructional Development and a B.S. in Interior Design from Florida State University.
