Kenneth Westary serves as the Vice President for Institutional Advancement at the Community College of Baltimore County since 2008, bringing extensive experience in higher education administration. Previous roles include Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Johnson C. Smith University and Associate Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Tuskegee University. Kenneth also held the position of Director of Corporate Relations and Development at Morgan State University and worked as the Program Director for the Undergraduate Business Program at Johns Hopkins University, focusing on academic program development and management. Kenneth holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Towson University and an MBA from the University of Baltimore.
