Don Elliott is an experienced leader in continuing education, currently serving as the Senior Director of Continuing Education Compliance and Outcomes at the Community College of Baltimore County since August 1999. In this role, Don oversees administrative operations for a division that generates over 4.5 Full-Time Equivalents (FTE) and $10 million in annual revenue. Previously held positions include Director of Continuing Education Operations and Interim Director of Life Enrichment, where responsibilities encompassed extensive program planning, promotion, and evaluation. Don's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Programs at Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts, managing diverse educational initiatives in the arts. Don holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Higher Education-Adult Education from the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Sculpture from The George Washington University.
