Ken Almanza is an experienced program manager with a strong background in health services and community outreach. At The Community College Foundation, Ken managed program facilitators and coordinated various program activities while ensuring contract compliance and developing presentation materials. Prior to this role, Ken served as Rapid Testing Manager at St. John's Well Child & Family Center, overseeing a rapid HIV testing program and managing outreach initiatives. As Telehealth Program Coordinator at the Louisiana Department of Health, Ken developed statewide telehealth services and established lab testing partnerships. Ken also held positions focused on patient navigation and HIV prevention, including roles at FHI 360, APLA Health & Wellness, and AltaMed Health Services, where Ken contributed to health education and community engagement. Ken holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Directing from Columbia College Hollywood.
