Karl Tarango is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the modular housing and construction industry. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at Cavco Industries, Inc. since April 2022 and as Chief Operating Officer at Commodore Homes LLC since October 2021, Karl has demonstrated expertise in operations management. Previous roles include General Manager at Commodore Homes of Pennsylvania from August 2014 to October 2021, and President/GM at Superior Homes between January 2013 and March 2014. Karl also held the role of VP Operations/General Manager at ZETA Communities from April 2009 to December 2012, where responsibilities encompassed construction and operations of modular manufacturing, focusing on sustainable design. Furthermore, Karl was General Manager at Champion Home Builders/Genesis Homes of Colorado from 1995 to 2008, overseeing manufacturing operations with significant sales revenues. Karl began the career as President of KT Construction Inc. from 1985 to 1995.
