Diana James is an attorney at Marashlian & Donahue, PLLC, The CommLaw Group, where responsibilities include assisting technology, telecom, and digital media startups with business formation, brand protection, and regulatory compliance related to privacy laws and AI systems. Diana also worked as a senior legal consultant at BDO Russia, focusing on high-value mergers and acquisitions, and as an associate at Alex Novak Consulting, advising startups on corporate formation and international IP portfolios.
