Katherine Lambert is an experienced Assistant Brand Manager currently working at The Coconut Collab since June 2023. Previously, Katherine held the same position at MOMA Foods from September 2020 to June 2023, also serving as the Social Media and Partnerships Manager during that time. Katherine holds a BA in History and Political Science from the University of Birmingham, completed in July 2018, and pursued further studies at the University of Amsterdam, where Katherine focused on History and Political Science with a year abroad in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from September 2016 to July 2017.
